I had a well-spent staycation at Mercure Jakarta Kota. While the spacious rooms offered a cozy ambiance and the staff were incredibly helpful, I noticed that some aspects of the hotel were dated and in need of improvements. The dining options could have been better as well. Overall, my experience was pleasant but with room for enhancement.
